What is Heaven like?
Ahhhh.... This is too good to be true.... I died and went to Heaven... No pain.... No worry.... Relaxed...
If someone told you that in Heaven we will sit on clouds and play harps they did not get that from the Bible.
The Bible teaches that for those who go to Heaven God will "remove all of their sorrows, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. For the old world and its evils are gone forever." Rev 21:4 NLT
In 1 Cor 2:9 it says that "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him."
I do some dangerous things in this world. Maybe one day my adventures will snuff out my life... I will awake the next moment in Heaven. Here's a posible scenario I like to imagine... Jesus will greet me with a big hug and laughingly tell me... "You messed up on that last maneuver but welcome home!' Then he will hand me keys to a new motorcycle and tell me he will show me to my mansion after I have taken a spin to see the lay of the land.

In the Bible God showed some glipses of heaven to John who wrote about it in the book of Revelation. "And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of Heaven from God". --Rev 21:10
